GHL on sundays is 5 on 5. That's one aspect I like a lot better because you can have 3 guys and 2 girls on. Having that extra guy makes for a lot more plays.
I used to play in CSSC and I used those DOM sticks but they still don't compare to the composite sticks. I haven't played in CSSC in a year now but if you want something easy going and relaxed, then go with the CSSC. But there will be teams that take it way too seriously and that was one of the reasons our team left and went to the GHL.
GHL is more competitive and a little bit more intense, but things go smoothly. I guess expectations are different, if you know what I mean.
