Ok,

a: Fatso shouldn't be eating fast food, maybe a salad would be a good idea and unfortunately extend his life
b) Totally sad and unfunny, and the guy is a dinkus who needs to grow the f up
c) I would have told him to drive through then peed through his window, "Hows that dinkus, hows that GI Joe for you"
d) If I was behind him I would have pulled him out of the car and crammed the original GI Joe action figure with the king fu grip up his a##
