Found out that the young dog thought she should have all of the bones to herself. We used to get those really big bones from the pet store.
So I took them away during the day. I only let the dogs have the bones when I was there so I could teach the young dog that she didn't have to have the bone that the older dog had. How did I do that? Every time the young dog would start the barking I would calmly take the young dog to the other bone so she could chew on that one. Eventually she figured it out.
