General mainstream media just isn't doing it. The opponents have a strong voice from Fox News, but the people supporting health care reform (as a whole, not necessarily this exact wording of the legislation) don't really have a voice in the mainstream media, because the MSNBCs, the CNNs don't have the cajones to ask the tough questions.
