Papi, the pills are discussed in that thread, and creatine in general is discussed as well. Rather than get into a flame war with C-Life, I can only recommend you check out the comments/reviews of the pills in that thread.

Edit- But I would like to see these studies C-Life is referring to regarding the potential serious health risks regarding creatine. I've asked before, but have yet to see any studies.
All this coming from an Oilers fan possibly using creatine. lol.... so thats your logic? There's no studies on it so its not harmful? Alright.
Go ahead and use it I dont care. It has been well documented that it causes problems in some, maybe not all, but theres always risks.

Creatine also assists in ATP production which gives you that little bit of energy at the end. Really helps to do those last ones that jack ur muscles up.

Why not build your muscles with what it needs; protein. Creatine gives you additional energy which is nice but it is pretty close to a steroid because of that fact.
Whether or not the "filling them with water" is an old rumour or not I dont know. Im no pro on the subject. All I say is be careful with creatine. Whey protein is the healthier choice.
