What about the whole idea (Fact) that when your name was registered by your parents at birth a legal fiction was created in your names likeness. This legal fiction gives the creator power over you as you have been tricked into thinking it is you....?

See that's the thing, you keep bringing up law dictionaries, specifically Black's law dictionary, and that's great, but unless laws specifically make reference to that dictionary, then it is compltely irrelevant.

That my friend is the real jist of Common Law. When there is some sort of grey area, or dispute over the definition or interpretation of a law, a judge can make a ruling and set a precedent. That is the defining quality of common law, not your supposed ability to just ignore laws as you see fit.
