I posted this in the Power Ring as well but thought I might get more responses here.

I am looking for quotes on a professional to come in and apply the 3rd coat (skim coat) on my basement.

I have put on the first 2 coats myself and will have it completed in the next couple of weeks. I will have the basement completley sanded after the 2nd coat is complete.

If there is anyone out there that would like a small job, please pm me your rates and contact information.
