I admit I text while driving... however, if there is traffic nearby or it's a busy street, I just put the phone down. If there are visible cars coming at me on the highway or the ditches are steep, I don't text either. So basically, I text, but because I'm not comfortable with the environment around my car most of the time, it's rare that I do.
