If you believe what mainstream media reports and don't want to give an alternate theory a chance that's fine, but it just seems a little weird to me how some folks feel the need to stomp it down like it matters so much to them to do so.

Ask yourself the question when you view these sites. Do they have evidence that you could take into a court of law and it would survive examination?
The answer pretty much is no.
Now if you could go into a court room and base something on loosly collected evidence with no logic backing it whatsoever, then you not only have a dismissal, but you have a conspiracy theory. However the nice loophole that seems to pervade everything is that the government is so bloody competant that they can supress this information.
The problem with Tower is that he refuses to or can't defend any of his claims in a rational manner, and neither can most of the websites that he brings up.
Its all about shadowy evil organizations.
