The weather this Spring/Summer has been the worst, in the 7 years since I moved back here. Even 2005 with the june floods was rescued by July & August.
Spent about 30 min. on Environment Canada's site going through the historical data for this year.
19 "nice days" out of 105.
My criteria for a "nice day" is:
-temps above 20 Deg,
-No rain,
-Clear & Sunny skies
-wind must below 20 Kmh.
May 2009:
Days 25 deg. or higher without rain = 2
Days w/ winds over 30 Kmh = 22
Days 15 Deg. or lower = 13
Days w/ rain total 2mm or greater = 1
Days w/ low temps below 0 (frost) = 12

*I'm sure many will say the wind issue should not be included but oh well, I can handle windy conditions when I'm at the ocean, not when I'm relaxing in the back yard.
Although this spring & summer have been greatly lacking, Any who suggest I move back to where I came from... (Vancouver,BC).....Don't.
