The worst you are going to read is damage to your liver and kidney. This happens with large doses for long periods of time. Also it is not recommended to take Creatine with acidic drinks because of the ph numbers already in Creatine.
My biggest suggestion is to trust your body! If you are taking something new and your body is not feeling well for whatever reason, stop! I am sure just like any supplement, medicine, food or drink everyone reacts to it differently.
