Does your yard have access for a small bobcat? If so, its a piece of cake...get everything located and call pretty much any bobcat operator. They will come in and auger the holes, drop and cement the posts. Probably better if you supply the materials, just buy everything at home depot or the like, get it delivered, they will drop everything in front of your house...

Any suggestions on surveyor companies to use or even the name of one? (Sorry again for the newb questions).
my property is easily accessible so getting a bobcat in should be no problem.
