I certainly thought my first time it was a big decision, and I'm a guy. Now I can't figure out why it was such a big deal, further I have a harder time convincing myself sex itself is a big deal.

I'll add this to the differences between the genders conversation. I'm scared to death of my (3 year old) daughter losing her virginity in the future - obviously. My boys (aged 5 & 8) losing theirs doesn't concern me at all.
