I found a lump in high school as well, and was too scared to do anything about it. One day I didn't know what to do anymore, and I broke down in front of my dad and told him. Went to the doctor immediately after that, and I was lucky enough to have it be something else. But the point is, I waited a long damn time to go see a doctor.
Us guys just need to drop the macho act once in awhile and do what's right for our health.
