Very easy. I just had to switch mine back to propane actually because I moved out of my condo to a house with no gas line. The valve assembly/jets are one piece usually, and it should just be a couple screws to get it out.
The hookup to the house may require a special fitting though. My hose had a quick release connection on the end, and I needed the matching part (from BBQ's Galore as mentioned). It came with pipe dope, put the pipe dope around the threads, wrench, done.
