maybe I'm mistaken, but I remember at CN Tower them having a similar thing where there was glass on the floor you could look down. I was woozy looking at it, and didn't stand on it. Then on the way back down the elevator the attendant asked if any of us stood on the glass. The kids said yes, adults no. Then the attendant laughed and said the whole floor is like that, but that's the section they pulled up the carpet so you could look down.

Really, like another poster said, if you can get over the cognitive thought of falling, and realize you are indeed 100% safe. Why not, it'd be cool!
