I have nothing to add except that as a born and raised Albertan, I absolutely love the maritimes and Halifax in particular. I've been there 4 times for varying lengths of time and always had a blast. It seems like the people there are more friendly than anywhere else I've been in the country. That said, I haven't yet visited PEI or Newfoundland and so badly want to but the opportunity hasn't presented itself. Someday...
