Basically, lies, lies, and more lies.
People (Natalie, Jessie, Ronnie, and to a lesser extent Chima) lied about things that she said.  I don't think she's all there mentally, because she forgets to defend herself, if that makes any sense.
E.g. Natalie and Jessie told Russell that Michele was in the Green Room with them, scheming or something (complete lie; she wasn't there).  Later Russell confronts Michele about this, and goes from completely denying to saying "I don't think I talked to them." to "I don't remember."  
In the end, even though she's only told one lie (denying to Chima about telling Russell the backdoor plan), there are so many lies about her going around that I don't think she knew how to deal with it....she ends up looking like the bad gal.
I follow this show way too closely.
Late edit: Chima said that everyone but Lydia, Michele, and Russell are safe from her nominations.
