I order mine online. You just need to use the size and perscription for your old contacts. Mind you, this is assuming that you are getting the same and happy with your current brand/model/perscription of contacts.
The contacts are usually cheaper than going through an eye doctor, and arrive in a couple of days after ordering. I think a couple of the more popular sites are clearlycontacts.ca and visiondirect.ca
If you check on line for coupon codes you can usually find one that will give you an additional 10-15% off and or free shipping.
