I just bought a 2003 sv650, awesome bike. I owned a 2002 Suzuki bandit before that.
One thing to think about if you are going to buy an SV is that they switched from a carburetor to fuel injection in 2003. They also changed some of the fairing, giving it a more aggressive look. Other than that, the V-Twin motor is excellent.
