Oh for sure. It could be signs of a neurological degenerative disease (Parkinsons or alzheimer's) but highly unlikely since you said it was triggered by sleep deprivation. If you go to a neurologist, he asked me questions like how I was doing in school, if I felt slower than others etc. Then he did tests like the normal look to the left, right. Made me press his hand with my hand and feet so test muscular and neurological strength. And lastly tested coordination.
Never a harm to get it tested unless you're in the states and will cost you thousands of dollars.... haha
