Looking at my car, same as 2002 but a 2005, you shouldn't run into any bore issues on the Civic.
Toyota Corolla 1996-up (4x100mm / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 54.06mm Bore)
Honda Civic 2002-up (4x100mm / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 56.10mm Bore)

If those are hubcentric rims, you're going to need spacer rings.
Edit: Yeah, the Toyota rims appear to have a smaller center bore. If so, then it doesn't look like they would fit on the Honda.
