And if that doesn't qualify for your definition of "rip off" then MS has not "ripped off" Apple either.
Apple gave up the high road long ago (if they ever had it). They are both big companies and they are BOTH doing the same business practises; "borrowing" and "improving". And there is nothing wrong with that until people start believing one is inherently good and can do no wrong.
