So even though we've banned cell phones already, lets draft MORE legislation, and waste MORE time, to draft a bill that makes texting illegal, even though you can't technically text without using your freakin' cell phone.

On a more serious note, banning the use of cell phones is just a ploy by the US government to get people to buy Bluetooth headsets because Hillary Clinton and Harry Reid own shares in numerous companies that make Bluetooth headsets.
