Seriously, don't you find it a little bit convenient that the guy can choose not to accept his ticket, presumably because he does not consent to abide by the Motor Vehicle Act. Yet for the purpose of obtaining a drivers license, registering his car and getting insurance he doesn't seem to have a problem following the rules set out in the Act. Now of course this an assumption based on the fact the cop allowed him to continue driving which I don't think he would have if he was not a licensed driver or didn't have insurance/registration.

And be sure to note that when Buddy returns to the car, one of the people in the car (the driver?) says, "okay, put on your seatbelt."
Wasn't the point of the video that they weren't required to wear seatbelts?
