The problem with any political figure that uses the concept of "Change" as their key platform, but doesn't have any hard platform to fall back on is that the people then take the word change to heart and fill in the word quick or timely.

Obama to be honest had an easy ride to the oval office because John McCain for as good and courageous of a man as he was made way to many mistakes in his campaign, and he was also running for a party that America was kind of tired of.

Unfortunately Obama has now been seduced by the public aspect of his office. He feels the need to be in front of the camera on a constant basis, which is fine, but he's really not doing anything but giving people the feeling that he's not as much of a doer as a talker.

He's also inherited a wrecked economy and a bad foreign policy position and he's now become the owner of those issues, both as the president, and someone who talked so much about changing or fixing them. Unfortunately, I don't think that he's gotten anything done thats shown change, or that he's put them onto a path to improvement. Now before you blast me by saying he's been in the office for a little more then a hundred days I would reply that he promised change, and since perception is reality, it looks like these things are still where they are when he took office, or worse yet, they've gotten slightly worse.

I've never been a fan of Obama's because I don't see a lot of substance within a man that is an amazing talker, and he's set expectations so high because of his speaking ability that he's bound to be a let down whenever he tries to execute anything.

While he's talked a bold and decisive game, I think he's been a little timid as a president of a company that is in the middle of several bad crisis points at the same time.

And its going to cost him.
