Undrafted prospects: Offers previously sent
As discussed in the UFA thread:
OK after some thought, since people have their knickers in a twist over this let's do this.
If you have previously emailed an offer on a prospect not in the CPHL database at all you can now RESEND your email and MUST include the original timestamp of the email.
We will use those timestamps to decide who got their offer in first.
If you don't have that original email in your sent folder - you're out of luck.
Apart from offers previously made - all other offers for "non system" prospects should not be made until we get through the rest of the UFA process which is a much higher priority.
You have until midnight Friday to re-send your emails.
