Lol. I have no idea how he got away with it, but a friend of mine pulled one of the greatest stunts ever... He bought one of those gigantic inflatable pools for his backyard in early summer and then returned it in September after we had lounged in it dozens of times. The thing was something like $400. Cheap-ass.
