Alright. I'm on my way home late last night after shooting a lacrosse game, when I notice the sky lighting up over Springbank. I'm armed only with my Nikon D80, 50mm f1.8 and work's Canon EOS 30D with a 100-400. I know I have my shutter cord (as I like to call it) but no tripod. I figured I'd just put the nikon on the roof of my car and adjust from there. Anyways, as I'm setting up on Old Banff Coach Rd. an amazing blast of lightning occurs right in front of me. It was awesome, but of course I hadn't set up yet. Anyways, I was out there for a few hours, got nice and wet... had my cam wrapped up in a sweater... and these were the only two I got. Moral of the story, don't leave your tripod and other lenses at work

That, and the show always seems to stop when I show up.
I'm sharing only because I wanted my time to be worth it
