My beef with most chain pizza, including Papa John's is that it is too oily. The crust gets soggy from it..............nasty.
That is why I like to pick up my pizza instead of getting it delivered. It spends less time sitting and soaking up oil....
Also, is anyone aware of a pizza place that cooks their pepperoni so that it is a bit crispy on the edges? I love that..............(drool)
