As for the customer service, I can't say I've had any worse experiences than any other place. Delivery area, well if you are out of the delivery area you are out of the delivery area. Not sure if that truly reflects on customer service unless they have an unreasonably limited delivery area.

yea this is true. having had worked there in previous years, its customer service is not worse than any other, of course ones perception of a pizza place can be dramatically altered due to one or two bad experiences. as for delivery area, i remember papa johns locations in calgary having huge delivery areas, and some areas still didn't get served, of course its probably different now that they have twice as many locations in the city
