At the risk of belittling it ... it's worth noting on a quick google that the journal only came into existence in late 1999 (deadline for submissions to the first copy Nov 30 1999). This was probably the second or third issue of the journal.

Such is the state of communication in academia that instead of a phone call, coffee and a shared spliff it takes 500+ words in an embryo journal to portray a message to a colleague.

At least with the latter I suppose you can throw it under 'publications'.
