Actually no, what matters is if the moderators think you are a troll. You can be completely innocent but if you act like a troll you will still be banned.

They're not Gozer's standards, they're the normal standards of normal discussion by normal people.
"Dude, I can fly!"
"Whatever, prove it."
"Sorry, I didn't do well on the debate team, I don't have to prove it."
This kind of behavior if it's constant can be seen as trolling, because basically it allows the poster to make whatever claims they want and not have to back them up. If you are posting inflammatory things "just to have fun", then that's definitely trolling.
If you can't support what you are posting, don't post it.
Because otherwise everyone knows where trolling (intentional or not) eventually ends up.
