Because if what you are saying is true, then you'd have to be a COMPLETE FREAKING MORON, to have not opted out of paying taxes.
So if you can just help a brother out, and let me know if the process I've described earlier is an effective way to get out of paying taxes, and speeding tickets, then that'd be super.
Hell I'll even cut you a cheque for half of what I'd have payed in taxes.
