Different people also make the pizza differently. The owners usually made the pizza and they'd skimp on stuff. When they were gone and the sub make the pizza, he'd pack them to the gills with toppings and cheese.
I went to Nick's last night and my wife had a fantastic personal pizza. Damn it was good.
