I don't agree with this at all. While there may be some differences from country to country, every store in the chain gets the same ingredients and the same equipment. The product is supposed to be identical. And even if it isn't identical, you can't make a quality product when you're using crappy ingredients the chain forces you to use.
I've never had anything close to a phenomenal pizza from Little Caesar's or Domino's and I don't think I've had anything that would be described as really good from Pizza Hut in almost 20 years.
