No way, there's absolutely no upside for Dallas. They have a starting QB, not only would this create the expected circus and controversy, you'd be adding in a QB controversy. When they brought in Pacman they needed help in the secondary and he was supposed to be an elite corner, here there's absolutely no reason to bring Vick in. Jones is a Romo guy, he's not going to alienate his QB for what has a good chance of being a negative publicity storm.
