Questions About Truffle Oil
I bought some white truffle oil the other day and used a small amount. The bottle is labelled in Italian, but I half-arse translated it to read that an open bottle of truffle oil should be stored in the fridge.
After leaving the truffle oil in the fridge overnight, I awoke to find that the oil had all solidified.
Did I ruin it or can I just unthaw it and leave it in a cupboard and it will be fine?
P.S. Why is it so freaking delicious?
