Titan: Here's the guide for resetting your PRAM, but I would wait for someone more knowledgeable than me to comment first.

Or, if you're still under warranty, just give Apple a call. If you're not under warranty, you can always head down to the Apple Store and see if you can ask a Genius a "quick question" about it.
