Is the cop racist? Go read the article Cowperson posted.
Did the cop do his job? Yes. Was Gates acting like a prick? Yes. Did the cops go overboard(considering Gates was walking with a cane)? Yes. Because they could have solved the problem at his house without arresting him.
But then again, I doubt that is the way the police are told how to deal with a situation like that.
And yet, Obama....without knowing all the facts, goes on television and tells the world how it was racial profiling.
