The wrap arounds are quite uncomfortable imo and I have run marathons without any problems with ear buds falling out. I find it the opposite that once in your ear the things don't move at all. The only concern I have is to keep the volume lower as I have read some questionable things about long term hearing damage from ear buds/loud music.....For swimming I use these
