I'll jump in here, as I'm sort of in Alltherage's boat. 6'2" 210-215 lbs depending on the day. Turning 30 next year, and I'll be damned if I'm over 200. I've cut out soda, eat crap like snap peas and carrots for snacks, and have given up beer (temporarily). I still eat crap for lunch, though I've decided I'll just switch to a plain 6" tuna sub. That should work better than my current diet of burritos.
Thanks Azure, that running thing may be something that will work for me, looks like something to ease into. My problem is bad knees and ankles from HS football (fractured both ankles). Jogging can work hell on my legs.
Other issue? After work all day, I immediately pick up my 5 year old. Don't think she's going to tag along for a run / jog. Any suggestions?
