Vick would be an elite QB in the CFL simply by virtue of his legs. The danger he poses running the ball would be amplified in the CFL, and he was already a massive threat in that area on a smaller field. As far as passing, he has a rocket of an arm, but his accuracy is poor. In the CFL a guy who can throw the deep ball is especially dangerous, with receivers hitting the line at speed he has the ability to put balls up there for guys to run underneath. Add in his running threat and you have defenses that get to choose between playing soft to defend the deep ball, and allowing the running game, or playing tight to the line to prevent the long scramble and getting beat over the top. You can't play a spy against him, there aren't many tacklers anywhere that can match him in the open field. Unless a team could find a way to keep him between the tackles he would be very hard to stop.

He'll never play in the CFL, but he's built for that style of game.
