I'm with Kybosh on this one. Climbing at the gym is a lot more interesting than lifting weights. You can be competitive about it, you can really get a sense of accomplishment from having a climbing route or problem go from impossible seeming to completed within a week or two. I had a pretty inactive winter overall but this summer I'm climbing 3 times a week (at least twice indoors and then once outdoors/indoors) and playing some pick up soccer on the weekend.
I've tried to reduce my refined sugar intake and watch that I'm getting enough fruit/veggies/protein/carbs/fibre. Feeling better and looking more defined these days.
