He doesn't have the greatest passing arm for sure, but it's not as bad as some are making it out to be. Over the years of watching him play, I saw alot of dropped passes by a historically subpar Falcons WR corps. I think Vick would be extremely exciting in the CFL, especially on the ground. Being a Saints fan, I've had the misfortune of watching him play against my team's leaky D twice a year the past few years, and its always a frustrating affair. I don't know how he does some of the things he does on the ground, he's a freak. Put him on a field that is 12 yards wider, and where defences are smaller, and you're going to see a show.
It doesn't matter though, as like someone already mentioned, after the Ricky Williams experiment the CFL instated a rule that anyone who is suspended by the NFL cannot play in the CFL(not to mention Vick already said a couple days ago he has no interest in playing in the CFL or AFL).
