Is there a better time of day to work out? I can get up early or go after work. Either around 7am or wait till around 5pm. What is better? Also... should I eat before or after working out? Or both?

Also, is it a good call to drink meal replacement shakes? Can someone recommend one?

The way I'd like to lose is dramatically at first and then maintain and tone later.
