Well pharmacy right now IMO isn't looked at as a 'lucrative' field yet. But give it a couple years and it will. Last I heard, they were trying to give pharmacists the power to prescribe meds as well. It's a good field to be in - however your potential ceiling is low. What you make in 10 years will likely be what you make in the next 10.
