There's a huge shortage of pharmacists in Alberta. $44.00/hour is unheard of here. They can command upwards of $70.00/hour. They can ask for the moon, and usually get it. Drugstore chains are now recruiting people who are just entering school - even schools from other provinces. They'll pay for the education required in return for a couple of years of service when done.
