In sociables, you just put rules/drink values on the cards. They all go in the middle of the table and you go in a circle pulling a card and doing what it says. There's always a pee card, lower cards are give or take drinks, and generally we play that queen's are girls drink, jack guys drink and king is sociables (everyone drink). Some other good rules include waterfall, bitch card, rule card, sevens and fuzzy duck.
Fu*k the Dealer you guess a card. If you're right, the dealer drinks the value of the card. If you're wrong you have to drink and then guess higher or lower. If you're right, dealer has to drink the difference between the two. If you're wrong, then you have to drink the difference. Dealer gets to pass the deck if three people in a row can't guess the card coming up.
Just remembered another game...Ride the Bus (known as Mike's a Fag in my circle of friends) is good, but can get pretty long...it's suited for 3-6 people probably. It's effing long to type out, so here's a link.
