Moose Game. The advanced version is called
The Sign Game.
Buzz is a counting game (going around in a circle, people count in order - any number that has a 7 in it, or a multiple of 7, you have to say Buzz, and the direction of counting reverses - maybe we should call this game Luongo?).
Aeneas and I introduced this game at a pub in Salzburg, Austria in 1997. It has since become a cultural phenomenon, appearing in the movie
Beerfest.

We play the game you call Viking, but we call it "Moose". We wiggle our
fingers like moose antlers instead of Viking horns, and the people directly
to the left and right of the moose make one wiggly antler of their own on
the side of their head closest to the moose. One other difference --
everyone in the circle is slapping out a rhythm on their laps throughout
the whole round. Having to switch from keeping the beat to making antlers
and back again adds greatly to the difficulty. Also, in Moose it is legal
for anyone in the circle to try and trick someone into becoming the moose
by clapping their hands at them.
The Buffalo Club - you must drink with your left hand - if not, someone yells Buffalo, and you must immediately finish drink. Our game has been on-going for 25 years.
